Cialis (generic tadalafil) are contraindicated in some scenarios like those taking medications for angina (can cause severe chest pain) and in cases of existing hypotension (cialis can cause your hypotension to worsen). Taking this drug while having the said conditions & unaware of the contraindications (this happens usually when the patient takes cialis without seeking doctor's advise) then it could be fatal...discount generic!!!!
