Http://weibo.com/kunmingpolice was created in 2010. Kunming police has received 5,790 comments and replied 9,865 times, covering security work, police affairs and so on.

Kunming police has also opened official Weibo on http://www.people.com.cn/. The account has been followed by more than one million nitizens. Nitizens have given information and clues to the police through internet. With the help of the blog, Kunming police has set up a good image.
