Mercer's Quality of Living Survey is released annually, comparing 221 cities based on 39 criteria. New York is given a baseline score of 100 and other cities are rated in comparison. Important criteria aresafety, education, hygiene, health care, culture, environment, recreation, political-economic stability andpublic transportation.[1]

haha, so u had been Zurich before? for travel or for study?　

I've grown up there and except for 8 years I've always lived there.

sounds a great palce. how about the attractions there?

Compared to any chinese town it's miniature, we only have 400'000 inhabitants, so zurich isn't famous for a lot of things, except if you like the nightlife. We have some nice churches, if you like that, as well as two great streets for shopping. I guess the biggest attraction is the city itself, it's right by the lake and you have a fantastic view on the alps, the buildings are beautiful and old, everything is so green and incredibly clean. Switzerland is amazing, nobody is begging on the streets because our social insurance is working so well. But I have to warn you, it's really expensive... And don't try finding good chinese food!

i like churches, cuz they mean the holy of holies to me. and i hope i can pray for my family and my love and for all the people who love me in such a church. and the alps, i've seen it many times in the map, so amazing.... u said there is no chinese food ? pitifully, if u come to Kunming, i believe u will get a shock at Kunming's attractions and cuisines.
