It was last friday and a rainny day , i was in the west Renmin Road and planning to meet myfriend near airport. i tried to take a taxi , but no one stopped even some of which are empty. i cannot understand why ?

if you meet the same situation, you may have following ways to sovle it:
1. remembering the taxi licencse number, and make call the compliant center of Kunming transportation management office.The telephone is : 0871-3312533;
2.plus, if you meet this situation ,such as taxi driver choose a remote or more time-costing way instead of a short way on purpose, or charging you by a unreasonable fee instead of by meter , please remember the taxi drivers' working number or name(if you can read chinese) as well as the phone number for compliating and make the call to the service staff to deal with it.
